Vintage French Art Deco Set of 12 Animal Figure Knife Rests in Original Box A stunning French set of twelve Art Deco metal knife rests in original presentation box, circa 1920. They are made of chrome plated metal. Under the knife holders, it is inscribed FRANCE.

The figural animals includes the following: - 2 wild boars - 2 fishes eating another fish - 2 foxes - 2 dogs - 2 rabbits - 2 geese holding a frog This set of cutlery rests is beautiful and would be stunning on a festive table. Good condition with some signs of ages. The chrome plating is worn. Some stains on the box fabric and one hook is broken. A more pronounced chromium wear on one of the dogs.
